The bill lists a number of interventions that are additional to those mentioned in art. 6 building activity free DPR 380/2001, the consolidated laws and regulations on construction.

In other words, for the achievement of these plants do not have to submit DIA, but just make a simple comunicazione preventiva al Comune di competenza, fatte salve tutte le autorizzazioni eventualmente necessarie.
Attualmente è sufficiente la semplice comunicazione preventiva solo per l’installazione di impianti aderenti o integrati nei tetti.
