The conference organized by October 1 GIFI Photovoltaics to come: the market and incentives after 2010, in 'scope PV Rome Mediterranean 2009 , confirmed once again the enormous interest dal fotovoltaico e dall’imminente revisione del Nuovo Conto Energia .
Nel corso del convegno, Gert Gremes , Presidente di GIFI ha illustrato la proposta avanzata dalla Associazione da lui rappresentata.
Ecco i punti salienti:
- ampliamento degli intervalli di potenza per gli impianti incentivabili, da 3 a 5 (0 – 6 kW; 6 – 50 kW; 50 – 200 kW; 200 – 1.000 kW; > 1.000 kW)
- riduzione delle tipologie di impianti, da 3 a 2 (impianti a terra ed impianti su edifici)
- estensione della durata del Conto Energia, da 4 a 5 anni, dal 1 gennaio 2011 al 31 dicembre 2015
- riduzione dell’importo Rates of incentive (0.27 to 0.36 € / kWh for ground installations and from 0.30 to 0.40 € / kWh for installations on buildings)
- increasing the percentage of the annual reduction rate, from 2 to 5% (in effect, however, on July 31 of each year, rather than December 31)
- increase in the rate of 25% for architecturally integrated plants, 10% for systems installed in environmentally disadvantaged areas (quarries, landfills ...) roofing and asbestos / asbestos
- increasing the limit of total power from the current 3,000 MW to 7,000 MW to be achieved by 2016
- simplification of the authorization process for power plants greater than 20 kW (in no constraints, simple obligation to DIA).
Afterwards, there was the intervention of the Lucio Barra Ministry of Economic Development, which made its debut, reassuring those present about the desire to maintain incentives for photovoltaic .
