Within 60 days from ' entry into force of Decree ' s Authority for Electricity and Gas will publish appropriate measures , in order:
- determine the manner, timing and conditions for the granting of incentive rates
- update and integrate their action with regard to grid connection
- determine the manner in which the resources for the payment of tariffs, and the management of activities under this Decree, are covered in the revenue from the tariff component A3 of the electricity tariff .
